Kermit started life out as a tadpole with a greenish tint. His parents could always tell him apart for some destined reason. He liked to hang out with his friends Croaker and Goggles but he often got picked on for some reason. He was always different, a free-thinker who liked to sit on his sitting log and strum away on his banjo. Lets find out for starters how he came to play that banjo for the first time......(Fades out)
"Come on guys lets look around for neat stuff!" said a young kermit. "Are you sure its a good idea kermit? You remember what happened last time!" said a worried looking Goggles. "Relax! Kermit knows what he's doing. Right Kermit?" said Croaker. "Um...Yeah!" said Kermit. The frogs shuffled through the grass to a special area. "Now all we have to do is wait for something to happen." said Kermit. A truck passed by, coincedentally a box of musical instruments fell out as it drove away. "Hmm." said Kermit as he peered into the cardboard box. "What could this be?" said Kermit holding a tuba. It blasted out a large sound which frightened the three frogs. "Gah!" said a shocked looking Kermit. "Its a weapon!" said Goggles. "Its music." said an intrigued Kermit. He rummidged through the instruments finding a guitar, a saxophone, a trumpet and a trombone. But deep in the bottom lay a magnificent banjo. "Jackpot!" said Croaker. "Ooh!" said Kermit. He picked it up, twiddled with it till he found the right angle and strummed it. It sounded beutiful. Then he rushed back to the swamp, his friends following him and trying to keep up. As he travelled through the swamp he played a song of joy that got the attention of all the other frogs in the swamp and a few alligators. They moved they're heads to the beat as Kermit kept on strummin. He strummed, he strummed all night long but stopped in the morning for a snooze. His parents fellt happy with him as he played his banjo superbly.
