Kermit on a carousel

hi, sorry but I think it is dreadful . VERY distracting from Kermit the Frog to have him on a little white horsey.

what year did they make this?

It looks alright, though I hate it that lotsa other companies' are stealing Palisades sculpt.

At least it's a good sculpt.
