SESAME STREET NEWSFLASH: LAS VEGAS

Announcer: We take you now to Kermit the Frog for another fast-breaking news story!

(The scene is Las Vegas.)

Kermit: (to off-screen) You see, there's gonna be alot of fun at Las Vegas. It's in the end of Nevada. Wait a minute? I'm on television! (to viewer) Hi, ho, this is Kermit the Frog of Sesame Street News, and today, we've meet our very special gambler named Joesph to win games from the five casinos in Las Vegas and he is going to win a trip.

(The crowd cheers. The pointy-headed man Anything Muppet in moustache enters.)

Kermit: And here is Joseph. He is going to be the greatest winner of Las Vegas. (To Joseph) Mmm, pardon me, Joseph, are you going to win any of the casinos here in Las Vegas?

Joseph: Oh, yes I am, little froggy. I've been working in the mines of Carson City, and I've decided to win money.

Kermit: Money, huh? For what?

Joseph: Anything. Money is the most popular thing you pay with and you can pay anything.

Kermit: I see. But are you using money for the trip?

Joseph: Um, yes. Yes, froggy. C'mere. Lemme show ya the casinos. (Follows Kermit to see the casinos.)

Kermit: Wow. There are five casinos.

Joseph: That's right, froggy. If I pull the lever of one of the casinos-(pulls lever, gets gold coins and the casino falls down) This place now has four casinos!

Kermit: How did you do that? How did you make one of the casinos disappear?

Joseph: It's easy. As I get money, one of the casinos will have to disappear! We now have four casinos. I have to get money from the next casino now. (pulls lever, gets coins and the second casino falls down) I did it! We know have three casinos!

Kermit: He must be getting rich soon.

Joseph: I get to pull the lever from the third casino-(pulls lever, gets more coins and the third casino falls down) Aha! More lucky! I still have two more casinos to complete!

Kermit: I think he's about to lose or not...

Joseph: Now, I will pull the next lever of the fourth casino. (Pulls lever, gets even more coins and the fourth casino falls down) Yeah! I'm gonna get ready for the final casino!

Kermit: That's right. This is exciting! (softly) Ladies and gentlemen, Joseph is going to win the final casino to win the trip. (To Joseph) Get ready!

Joseph: (pulls lever very slowly...until he gets millions of coins as the final casino falls down) YAAAAYYY! I WIN! I WIN! I WIN!

(Crowd cheers for Joseph very loudly)

Kermit: Wow, you're one very lucky man!

Joseph: Yep, and I'm getting ready for the trip!

Kermit: What trip are you going to?

(A huge airplane lands in the casino room. Joseph got on the plane as the airplane takes Kermit away.)

Kermit: Oh, no! I think Joseph's taking an airplane out of Las Vegas, and this is Kermit the Frog returning you to our rescheduled program, and I think the plane is taking me to Sesame Streeeeeeeeeeeettttttt!!!!!! (Flies off the casino room by holding the plane. Crowd yells bye-bye to Joseph as ending music plays.)

It's hillarious! But they wouldn't have done it even back in the day, because it would promote gambling.
