Kermit the Frog = Action News Reporter

I'm looking for a Kermit The Frog dressed up in his trench coat and hat doing his bit as "Kermit T. Frog, Action News Reporter"!!

Its for a friend and i want to find out where i would get it from, whats the likiness of me gettin my hands on one and MORE importantly how much....


any help will be greatfully received!!

Also... he doesn't have a hat, because he wasn't wearing a hat in the skit from TMS depicted in the figure... plus it wiould have been ouitside of the license, since reporter Kermit with his hat was more of a Sesame Street thing...
