Anyone see those old skits where Kermit tries to demonstrate something, and Cookie Monster (unnamed at the time) comes in and destroys the demonstration item piece by piece? Here are the two I remember:

-Kermit tries to talk about the letter W, Cookie breaks off the left part, leaving it looking like /\/, so Kermit talks about N. Repeat for \/ and /.

-Kermit is talking about a rectangle, Cookie comes in and destroys each side in four arrivals. Kermit says at the end "Well this used to be a rectangle." Cookie comes in and says "And it still is! It's a WRECK, and it's a TANGLE!"

Were there any others that you remember?

I remember one that was very similar to the "W" one, where he was talking about the letter "B". The monster ate pieces of it, and it turned into an "R", and then a "P", then an "F", and then an "I", or an "l", or a 1, or dessert!

There was another one where he was talking about the feeling of happy, and he had a happy face drawn. The monster ate the happy face, making Kermit mad. So then he talked about being mad, and made the monster feel sad. So then Kermit talked about sad. Then, he saved him the trouble of showing them the sad face, and that he doesn't need it anymore. The monster says "You sure you don't need sad face?" And then he eats it, making Kermit mad again.

There was also one where he talked about the word "same", where he had 2 red hot rectangles that were exactly the same. And the monster came and took a bite out of one of them, so then they weren't the same at all. The monster fixed it by taking a bite out of the other, so they were the same again. And then he claims that they're not the same, because one of them is delicious, and the other one is yucky. So then the skit ends with him finishing the delicious one.

I bet they did a lot more than that, but those are the ones I'm familiar with.
