Yes! Such a product does exists! Kermit and Piggy are in a Sesame Street book, oddly enough. Piggy I know was never in one, don't know about Kermit. The Only Sesame Books I remember feature Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, and/or the Monsters.
The Book is called the Sesame Street Storybook Alphabet!
Here's ther cover of the book! (Click on Oscar)
As you can tell, all the letters are designated into stories and fairy tales.
I.e. A for Acorn, featuring Bert as Chicken little getting bonked off the head with an acron, shouting "The sky is Falling"
K for King features Oscar as Joly King Cole (or mayhaps Grouchy King Cole)
So, there' no surprise that Kermit would be under F for Frog, in the Frog Prince
Here's a pic (Click on Kermit)
Kermit may have been obvious, but Piggy requires a trained eye. She is not really in the book, but she is a sight gag.
P for Pig features one of the 3 little Pigs and a Big Bad Wolf. Miss Piggy is a gag used by the Illustraitor, you can see her in a frame by the Pigs table. Perhaps a relitive, or past lover?
