This evening, ABC's "World News Tonight" (6:30 pm eastern/5:30 central) is scheduled to air a segment on South Africa's Takalani Sesame and Kami, the HIV+ Muppet.

Phillip is probably right about what the UK time would be if it was shown live but i just checked and it's on a time delay. It's to be shown in the UK at 01:30am on BBC News 24.
