Jim knew he was going to die
Jim knew he was going to die, just like every other human being on earth knows he is going to die, eventually. As for whether or not he knew the time was near. I don't think so, Jim did not claim to be psychic, nor was he suffering from any long-term chronic disease. Planning one's funeral, writing a will and preparing for the inevitable are things that every adult should do, long before it becomes too late. My wife and I wrote our wills right after we had our first child and we are planning to change them soon to include our second. When I hit 45 I plan to talk with my wife about purchasing a plot for us. As for my funeral wishes I don't have any special requests so there are no big plans to be made.
Speaking of death there's been a strange creature hanging around my house lately. Blue buy with a wierd beak says his name is Deadly, claims to be my uncle or something, anyone know how to get rid of him.
