Exactly how many different variations of the early 90s logo were there? I remember for certain:

-Kermit's arm holds up the title card, which the arrow nails to the wall
-Kermit's arm pulls down the blind with the logo on it, then lets it go and snap back up
-Kermit's arm holds up the title card, which explodes
-Kermit's arm hangs the title card like a picture, and it tilts sideways and the letters slide off
-Kermit's arm holds up the title card, which sprouts flowers
-Kermit is watching the logo on TV, and turns it off, along with the entire screen

Were there any others?
