Jerry and Richard's Follow That Bird credits

Ok guys help me out on this i just bought "Follow that Bird" DVD and was watching the credits becaues i was interested in how they where.

I found it kind of sad why they put Carol, Jim and Franks names and the Muppets. But Jerry and Richard didnt. I mean Jerry had a very big role in the movie as the Count. Richard did not even have the chance to do any of his Muppets. What was up with that? Help me out please.
