I've amassed a huge internet phone bill

I know what that's like Marty; since we have Comcast High Speed internet right now, our cable bill is always so high, and not only that, but the cable company's always so hard to deal with, so they constantly cut our cable and internet off periodically, which explains sometimes I can disappear for a few days without any explaination.

oh man that is so bad D'Snowth that i have heard that things were bad with comcast but good gosh .

How can they get away with all of that ?

Can you or your family fight them on a lot of that ?

i am so surprised there is not a big up roar with a bunch of costumers
