Is there any way we can get old SS back on the air

I am wondering, since the new CTW channell is on it's way, is there any way we can get old Sesame Street episodes on that channell? I mean can we get ahold of the station at all and tell them how much of a good idea it would be to air old Sesame Street episodes, or how much we like them? I think they should have a series of old SS shows from the first 29 Seasons and air 4 episodes from each season that were never on Noggin. Is there any way we can start something to make this happen, or talk them into it?
