Is Sesame Street under a spell?

In Season 33, Sesame Street's format had changed, with the structure change and introduction of Journey To Ernie. Then Season 34 was better, a little similar to the old format-the street story was divided in two. Now in Season 35, the closing is no longer tied in to the main street story. Does anyone think Sesame Street is just under a spell? Maybe if we follow the instructions correctly before time runs out, we can break the spell and Sesame Street will turn back into the structure it once had.

 We need a lot less threads like this. Don't you have any other interests?

Maybe one day the Amazing Mumford was in the street and said some magic words that he just couldn't undo. Darn that Mumford.

Well, how do we break the spell? Do we have to show our love for Sesame Street and earn their love in return?

Well, the spell was that Sesame Street went from a 3-5 year old audience to a 2-4 year old audience. But yes, Season 35 has been great-I think it might be appropriate for five-year-olds as well. In Season 34, they improved the show by dividing the main street story in two. They brought back Gladys the cow. And in Season 35, they brought back Grungetta, and only a few new "Journey to Ernie" segments were made, the rest were recycled from the previous season. I figured they would change the Number of the Day segments, specifically for the number 3 because as Baby Bear said, "the Three Bears are history, it's the Four Bears now." Some Letter of the Day segments have been changed as well. Maybe they are working to break the spell and make the show better!

You wanna know what? I think I know why the show has gotten a bit better since Season 33. I think that all that dumbing down of the show was mainly the idea of former Executive Producer, Michael Loman. He worked there from 1993 until 2002. And he was the main man that wanted the show to be for younger kids, and not so much older kids. But he's gone now, so I think that's why they're starting to revive the old format back a little bit. It's good.

Oh, I wonder if the reason they haven't been making too many new Elmo's World episodes has something to do with Michael Jeter's death.

And maybe Sesame Workshop will eventually regain the money for more than 26 episodes of Sesame Street. According to TVtome.com, the production of new Dragon Tales episodes has been discontinued, and Sagwa is on hiatus/TBD(only repeats are airing).
