Is Sesame Street becoming the Sweet Pickles of the 2000s?

Well, in seasons 34 and 35, Sesame Street had 26 episodes-each one sponsored by a different letter of the alphabet. That sounds similar to the Sweet Pickles book series with one animal for each letter of the alphabet-each given its own book. I have even paired up Sesame Street episodes from Seasons 34 and 35 with Sweet Pickles titles based on what letter the episode is sponsored by. Can anybody tell me if Sesame Street is becoming the Sweet Pickles of the 2000s with 26 episodes for 26 letters of the alphabet? Is this why lately it's been 26 episodes per season?

It sounds like first it was Sweet Pickles, then it was Alphapets, now it's Sesame Street episodes.

The number of episodes per season has decreased because of costs.

Yes, I know that, but do you think having 26 episodes, each sponsored by a different letter, sounds similar to those Sweet Pickles books?
