Does anybody know what the plot of the 1986 video release "i'm glad i'm me" is about?

I haven't seen the whole video, but from what I can gather it's about the human body. I saw the end of it, and it had the scene where Kermit demonstrates the x-ray machine with Herry Monster, and also the combination live action cartoon sequence where the small cartoon character is climbing up a boy like he's climbing a mountain and describes things as he goes up. I remember Grungetta and Big Bird being in the final wrap around sequence but like I said I didn't see the whole thing so I don't know what the plot is exactly. Hope this helps!

even though the video is about the human body, the title makes it sound like it is about self-acceptance, although I do knwo that the video does have some self-acceptance skits, like "being green" and "me gotta be blue" (are they shown back-to-back?) i haven't seen it, but I have read a listing of the skits on there, and the title makes it seem like it should have had skits like "me", "proud", "believe in yourself", "wonderful me" and "proud of me". instead, it mostly has skits involving body parts, like the one where kermit talks about hands.
