I sure will!

It was an excellent trip, we went to America - L.A in the Disneyland area for about 8 days followed by about 3.5 weeks in the UK in the London area then a few days in Frankfurt Germany then last but not least Bangkok for about a week.

L.A was great, I loved Muppetvision 3D and saw it a few times, we didnt spend as much time in that park as I would have liked, time crept away very quickly. The Muppet shop was great also but I came back later in the evening to buy all the stuff I wanted to save carrying it round all day and it was closed, luckily one of the staff members went in and got a few of the plushes for me. I also got the muppet pins elsewhere. Other than that I didnt see much muppet stuff in the US but Muppetvision was unbelieveable, real live muppets! I love the Disney Parks! I also managed to get a fraggle plush from Hot Topic.

In the UK I saw lots of muppet stuff in various shops. I even picked up a few things including a vintage animal string puppet by Pelham, I was nearly fined for it on entry to Sydney as it contains wood and I forgot to declare it, they have some stupid laws Here. Theres no way they could have confiscated it without a fight though! We went to see 2 Musicals in London, one being Chitty Chitty Bang Bang featuring Louise Gold it was great although my mum had other things on her mind as there were mice in the theatre and she has a phobia of mice.

In Germany it was great, I didnt buy much except for some german muppet postcards.

Bangkok was great, so different to any place ive ever been to. Bought lots of stuff including some thai wooden puppets (which funnily enough didnt get detected by customs although in the same bag) We left Bangkok a day late as Thai airways were incompetent and failed to understand our visas for entry into Australia and didnt accept them. After a trip to the Australian embassy in Bangkok we found the visas were perfectly fine, it was their problem. It was cleared up with the help of Australian correspondents at the airport and we were allowed home.

Thats basically the trip in a nutshell.

I love those German Muppet postcards! Expensive at one Euro each, but sooo funny. I sent my mom the Statler and Waldorf one for her birthday. If you want 'em translated for you, post the text and I'll be happy to do it.

Yeah they are great postcards, they also make a nice souveneir. They are expensive, I would have bought more if they were cheaper. The funny thing is I was thinking of you when I bought them as I knew you were into German stuff. Do you go to Germany often?

Heh, that's sweet that you thought of me! I lived in Germany for a year, 2002-2003. I'm majoring in German in college. I will probably spend the spring semester of 2006 in either Germany or Austria, studying abroad. I also hope to spend about 20 days in Germany in August 2005, because that is between my trips to India and England, and it will be cheaper to stay in Europe than to fly home. So I go as often as I can!
