Is this a Muppet? Fraggle? She talks, I think she says her name is Lindsey. Or Mimsy? Whimsey? She's by Eden Cinar 1999, yellow body, bright fuschia curly hair, aqua hair bows, red horns, pink and ble striped shirt, lavender shoes with pink socks. I have pictures but can't post them here it seems. If anyone can help, I'd email the pics to you. Thanks. Barbilou
