anyone ever heard of a Rolling Stones song daceing with Mr. D? probably not a commonly played song on classic rock radio it was a track off their 73 goatshead soup release witch also featured heartbreaker and Angie. i think when they say Mr. D they mean the devil of SS should do a priority of this song using the letter D.
