Does anybody remember this eerie skit on SS?

I saw it on #3823, and it was a live-action film,

The scene is just plain blue, and it featured ice cubes forming the word "ICE". The first ice cubes first form an "I", then the other ice cubes form a "C", and finally the last ice cubes form an "E". Afterwards, the man's voice off-screen says, "Ice!" After the voice says that, the word "ICE" begin to melt as ice cubes!

As I remembered seeing it as a baby, it was so weird. Now as I saw it today on 123 Sesame Street, it terrified me.

Evidently Alan had a bad experience with ice at some point. I remember this one too, but don't remember it being particularly scary....

Anybody else remember this "ICE" segment I saw during my winter vacation where it ends with the word ICE melts like ice?
