I need help!

I have this thing in my house that I have had ever since I was very little. My neice loves to play with it and my daughters birthday party was yesterday. One of my friends held up this thing and asked what it was. No one can remember! We are stumped. We know that it had to be from a show in the 80's we are just not sure what show and what the name of these (things) are. Please Help! I can not attach the pic (that I can tell) so I will so my best to describe it.

It is Red Pink and cream.
Has a propeller on its head.
Has some kind of space glasses on.
Has a heart patch on the Chest that you can open.
When you push on the chest and it does a tune. (it doesn't sing)

Thanks for the help. After hours and hours of searching my husband found it! It was a cartoon in the early 80's called Robotman and Friends. The caracter that I have is Steller. Which is Robotmans girl friend. Check out the cartoon......
