I am looking for the skit with Elmo's Vacuum/Toaster/Music Box combo machine

Does anybody remember this Street scene from the 80's? Elmo imagines a machine invented by Luis. In this skit, Luis shows Elmo his Vacuum/Toaster/Music Box combo machine. First Elmo tries the Vacuum part, Then the toaster, then the music box part. I remember seeing it in the 1980's.
