I hope I do not sound helpless or victimish when I ask this but...

I am a little worried. Perhaps it is a small thing but I looked into the mirror and saw how pale my skin was today. I've ate right, had alot of sun, drank water, ect. but my mom appeared frightened by my faded hair color and face. She actually found a white hair on my head! I may have just lost my only friend to a silly thing such as I 'perfer studying over his birthday' (when I have told him many times before my mom did not let me because I had to study and plus she had no car for awhille but anyways.) but I do not think it is the cause of this strange physical manifestation. My lips have even turned gray....I am wondering if this is stress reflecting on my body?

Has anyone gone through this?

I am not really looking for sympathy--I just feel a little insecure and just need to know if this has happened to anyone.

: ) Thank you for taking your time to read this.

It was hilarious when she thought I had to go to the doctor..XD
We even laughed...XD

Well, from the physical characteristics you've just described... I'd assume you just saw a ghost!

Well, it could just be that, for whatever reason, you're not feeling well today, but will perk up tomorrow! That's all I'm gonna say, because it's better that I don't try to diagnose the issue and then make you freak out even more.

On the other hand, perhaps one of Bunsen's experiments went terribly wrong?

Yeah, I'm no doctor or anything...I couldn't be a doctor 'cause I don't have the patience!

Ba-Dum-DUM!

(can you hear those crickets chirping?)

Seriously, I believe you will be all right. Just hang in there. I'm sure it's nothing to get fraggled--er, frazzled about. I don't think you're crazy, and you certainly don't have to go to the looney bin!

Just calm down. Take it easy. Breathe. Relax.

You'll be fine!

The important thing is not to panic until you know something's wrong. If you're really worried, I'd see a doctor.

I agree with heralde. Seek medical advice especially if you feel your condition is significantly getting worse.
But do stay positive. That's the first important thing to do. A healthy attitude helps to promote a healthy body.

Cool Marty! You sound like a personal trainer!

Anyway Claudia, I'm thinking a few things here... First, I had my first grey hair when I was fifteen, so I'd say at least some of it is stress related. I'd also have some blood work done, to see if you may be anemic.
As Haralde said though, you may want to wait for a couple of days, to see if you pep up on your own!
