Oh yeah. I've heard of that one over on that Muppet Wiki thing, back in the olden days. Never actually read it though, let alone seen it in person.

It's got some pretty rare looking pictures in it.

Never seen or heard of that book, but I have seen the picture of the original "first and last" skit behind the scenes.
