How old is this cartoon?

I recently got a comment on YouTube about the "four-armed man counting to 20" cartoon: the other person swears it's existed since Episode 1 of Sesame Street. Now, I've seen Episode 1 (as a lot of you have) and know the cartoon didn't appear there. But did it appear on any episode older than #276, to the best of your knowledge?

It would have to go back the season 2 since to my understanding they began counting up to 20 at that time.

Actually they counted to 20 a couple of times in the first season.For example,the "Boy counting 1-20 on his paddle ball till a giant bird shows up".
