Maybe someone could help me out here, I tried posting this on Yahoo Answers with no avail, maybe someone here could help me out:

I’m trying to apply for UConn’s puppetry program and right now it is my top school. How hard is it to get in? I did moderately well academic-wise my first two years of high school but hit a small rough patch my junior year due to a chemistry class that pretty much kicked my *** and the standard math struggles. I’m also involved with many extracurriculars (I’ve done every school play since the fall show my freshmen year, been a member of my school’s AV Club/TV Studio since it’s founding, wrote for the school paper last year and will be handling our website this coming school year, participated in spring track for all of high school) but have had missteps there (last year I tried to put together a puppetry program at school which failed due to a lack of interest from the student body and a struggle to gain funding). I plan on re-taking the SAT’s and maybe ACT’s at the beginning of the school year and working much harder this coming school year (my senior year), do I have a chance?

I don't remember it being too awful hard.

That's not saying I attended UConn, but I do remember taking it into consideration since being in puppetry is definitely for me... but I don't know, somehow, it just kind of vanished from the big picture, and I guess it isn't really necessary now that I have my own puppet production company; I've even given a former Muppeteer (Ed May) a demonstration of my work, and he said he couldn't critique my work because he saw no flaws.

To answer your question... no, I don't believe it's hard.

This is confusing to me. Are you saying that in order to get an Associate's Degree, or even a Master's Degree in the class... you have to already have an Associate's Degree?

How does this work?

Unless you're saying that you have to go to school as a full time student, looking to get an Associate's or Master's Degree?

the program is a Bachelors (at least it was when i applied) Program, not an Associates program, you need to have some College under your belt first.m why not check out the Uconn website and do some research.
