How do you say "Honkers" and "Dingers" in Other Languages?

You know I was just wondering, how do people all around the world say "Honkers" and "Dingers in other languages?

I know that in the Netherlands, a Honker is called a Toeter.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but that's a pretty good question.

The German version of "The Honker-Ducky-Dinger Jamboree" is known as "Quietsche Entchen-Hupen-Tuten Lied" which translates to "Rubber Ducky-Honker-Dinger Song". Hupen is possibly German for Honker, although Tuten translates to Toot, so...what do I know?
