I heard it won't be used in the USA version because they are worried it will upset kids but I think in todays world they probably know all about it anyway. And I would rather kids learnt about HIV off Sesame Street then from less-desrible sources.

That sounds a bit unusual for a puppet considering they don't usually go into that side of their personilites.
