I don't have the GMC soundtrack but I heard the soundtrack version on TMS 25th anniversary album, and I just have to wonder, who's idea was it to include most of the dialogue during the middle of the number? In many of the songs from the movies which featured spoken dialogue, the dialogue would often not be included, especially if it related to a visual gag. The "Hey a Movie" sequence featured the part where Lady Holiday's diamond is stolen, and pretty much all of the dialogue there is included... But why? It works better visually. But the only dialogue from that number that's not included is the taxi driver's brief "come on!" (and I think one or two of Gonzo's lines relating to taking a picture of the chicken are changed).
