I am looking for an old skit with Guy Smiley called 'Here is your life' starring a red sneaker and Guy Smiley decided he deserved a tribute. Sneaker was visited by his designer or shoe owner (represented by a barefoot woman with her legs rolled up like she's expecting a flood in her closet) Did anyone have this skit on videotape? You can reach me at adugas@nb.sympatico.ca

It can be found on three non-Noggin SS episodes:

2292: Placido Flamingo's Naughty Door Opera (1987, Season 18)
2476: Shelly the Turtle Races With Gordon (1988, Season 19)
3048: Savion Tap-Dances (1993, Season 24, REPEAT from Season 22)

Hmmm... Would advise you to contact MuppetDude. He's the one who gave me all the characters from that sketch for the list.
Rita Roochi was the Right Sneaker's designer, Gyro Spinneapolis was the shoemaker, Little Lizzie Hammertoes was the shoe's owner (the large pair of legs in rolled-up jeans), and Left Sneaker was it's mate introduced at the end of the sketch.
Hope this helps and have a great time here on the forums.

Did you find a copy? I would love to know about this one, since I've never heard of the barefoot girl in a Here is Your Life segment.

I love this one because of the surprize ending with Oscar. To me that was a total surprize because you would never see Oscar appear outside of the street very often. It was nice to see him away from his trashcan, away from that neighborhood for a change. Even Grouches need to get out. And I'm glad in that one he didn't bring his trashcan with him with his feet sticking out of the bottom, or pop up out of a trashcan on the set.

I've been looking for this skit for a long time! I couldn't find it on any DVD's...

Is there a video of this floating around? Could I have a copy?

Thanks!
