I read here on the site that the Henson statue unveiling is Sept 24th
this year at UMD and there will be weeklong festivities in honor of this.
I went to the the college's web site and they don't have anything listed on their event calendar for this.
So, I do a web search. Everything that comes up for the search says that the unvieling/dedication will be Sept. of 2002.....huh?
Is there anyone that can tell me what is going on and possibly a list of events going on for that week, if it is this year and not last year, would be greatly appreciated.
I would love to go down to the campus to witness this event but I don't want to look foolish if the event has passed already.
Thanks in advance for any info.
