Help...
Don't wanna give up on muppet dream on account of occasional carpal tunnel... Do any furry fellows know of any good hand/wrist, finger exercises/tricks/tips on staying flexible and ouch-free?

I've heard that picking up a hobby such as knitting or crochetting will help, it requires a lot of wrist and finger movements.

There's also alot of Asian cultures that teach children simple, effective exercises early in life to try and prevent the onset of problems like these. They are also very commonly done in groups at factories where hand/eye coordination is valued. Books on the subject are probably at the library or on the web if you do a little searching. Hope this helps....
