As some of you may know, I am an amatuer writer and one of the genres I specialize in is writing "pitch treatments" for original movies based on ideas I have. I have written four so far, and I have an idea for one but I'm stuck on what the title should be. Here's a little synopsis of the plot:

A man is vacationing in the Amazon and he sees a mysterious girl every night when it rains. He can't find her during the day, and no one else sees her. So the guy finds out that the girl comes alive only at night by having the rain touch the leaves of a certain tree. Then the guy takes the tree to America so he can have the girl all to himself.

This is supposed to be a drama, so please guys, no silly suggestions. Thanks!

Hmm, interesting plot, very original too!

Although I'm at a loss for a title, all I can think of is "Woman of the Rain".:smirk:

Ooh! I really like the plot! It's a hard one to come up with a title for though. Hmm... maybe something like "Love in the Rain" or something like that...

I also love the plot!
 "A narative of most heavy-duty preportions!"
Hmmm, how about, since women are called "the fair sex" calling the movee "The Fair Rain"? If not, an idea that works well, especcially with dramas, is to find an appropriate old song title.

Let us know what you finally decide! Good luck!

And we have a winner! Thank you, Snowthy (oh, and to everyone else too:wink: ) Also, stay tuned for another thread like this one, but it'll be for a different movie, so I encourage everyone who replied to this one (and anyone else too) to help me come up with a title for the new one. Who knows, I may need help with more than just two, so I would really appreciate some ideas for the next one (and anything that follows).
