I would take some facet of their relationship(s) and make a title based around it. For instance, if the husband and the nanny/former lover both really loved going to baseball games together, you could title it "Strike Two" ....yeah, okay, that one was lame. But you get the idea. Make the title something which specifically references the characters, not some generic thing which only plays on the situation.
