In my experience from having tried to contact Noggin, they completely shun customer opinion and go with what gets ratings.

They ignore public view completely.

Did you actually speak to someone? If you did, I'll bet they said the exact same thing as they said to me. They don't really care about us. They're more interested in their new programming that's geared for their target audience.
