Is the Labyrinth film really based on the book Sarah's reading in the begining? If so, I really, really need a copy of the book. Does anyone know where I can get it, or even who its by?Thanks!:excited:

The book Sarah is reading does not exist. The (story of) the movie was an original idea by Dennis Lee and Jim Henson, with the screenplay, based on their idea written by (Monty Python's)Terry Jones and (Ishtar's) Elaine May.

I am sure there is a novel based on the movie - but the movie is not based on a pre-existing book.
