Help Finding a Really Obscure Muppet

I recall seeing a clip of another Muppet, which looked like Scooter type, (orange/yellow), which was voiced by Jerry Nelson, singing Halfway Down the Stairs, before Robin was known for it.

I can't find it online, so where did I see it?
