For once, here at the Muppet forum, I'm not talking about Kermit's musical number on the Madeline Kahn episode. I went to a special screening of the movie last night, and it is so freakin cute! Very good music, awesome graphics, and a cute story. Robin Williams is terrific once again. It's about this baby penguin named Mumble who just can't seem to sing, which is very important in these penguins' lives because that's what they use to find a mate. But he does seem to have great dancing control of his feet, but people don't want to hear it or see it from him because they think it will bring a bad season of fish, even though Mumble believes it's being caused by forces outside of thier control. I don't want to share with you the rest, but it's definitely the penguins' version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Anyways, awesome movie, go see it this weekend!

I saw it last night and I was amazed. It was truly one of the greatest movies I've ever seen. Amazing music, fabulous graphics, and a voice cast that was worth its weight in gold! Robin Williams was so awesome, definitely one of his funniest performances to date. And he sang in the movie too! SO great! I would love to see it again! :excited:

I won't be seeing it until the day after Thanksgiving... we have a little family tradition in my family: the day after Thanksgiving the whole immediate family (me, my mom, my dad, my aunt, my uncle, and my cousin) go to a holiday movie; I'm just still upset that after over seventeen years our community movie theater has shut down and we have to go to a big-name theater instead (like Regal).

Isn't HAPPY FEET also going to be an IMAX film as well as in the theaters?
