Today my best friend in the whole world Mokeystar (who some people know at her job as Nancy) turns 36 today. Please give a cheer for her on her special day.

I know birthday wishes abound on this board. But I'm luckier than most. Most people we only know from emailing and texting in this forum. Mokeystar and I have met on several occassions. Even more remarkable because she lives in Seattle, I live in New Jersey. But not even 3,000 miles have stopped us from becoming each other's best friend.

I hope all of you get to know the joy of having a best friend. We all have acquaintences and people that come and go, but if you get a handful of people in your life who will stick with you through thick and thin, through good times and bad, ups and downs, you are blessed indeed.

Has anybody else on this board actually met in person? If so, I bet you got a lot to talk about.

Here's to you, Nancy. The twinkle in your eye gets brighter every day, and the only thing bigger than your smile is the love in your heart.
