Some of the Muppeteers hands have been bopped so many times while wearing the puppets, have any of them suffered any hand related injury due to these "head injuries"?

I wonder how much they have to insure their hands for. I mean if they like have an accident and lose a hand or break it really bad , then we pretty much lose that character
