As I said in another thread about SS season 44, there's been a lot of segments with a "classic" feel to them, such as Big Bird's cooperation song and these game shows. Eric Jacobson is doing a pretty good job with Guy's voice, and David has improved drastically as Cookie Monster. He even added the "Hiii-YA!" sound effects that Frank used to do. Things seem to be looking up for SS in a way.

Guy Smiley was back for quite some time now (since 2005 in fact). They've just somehow been reluctant to put him back on the show until the "Hurry Up! You're Running out of Time" episode back in 2008. And then still reluctant until this season. I don't see why, since Guessing Game episodes really took off several seasons ago. Like I said before, they would have at least been entertaining had they used Guy instead of annoying one shot characters.

Oh... and apparently, he also has a game on the Sesame Street website.
