Guess what I'M getting!

In this morning's (well technically Sunday morning's paper) there was an ad for tickets to "BOWZER'S ROCK & ROLL PARTY"!!!! The tickets go on sale July 11 & the concert is September 26. I am so excited about going! OK...granted I saw him in concert 2 years ago,but I'm still looking forward to it.
He's a generally sweet guy beneath the grease & tough guy attitude. I got a shirt autographed by him at the last concert.But unfortunately the shirt now has a hole in it. So I'm going to hope that he doesn't remember that he autographed one for me the last time he was here. And if he does,I'll explain that the shirt from the last concert is ripped. Hopefully he'll take pity on me.

Bowzer used to be in a group called "Sha Na Na" that sang oldies music (by oldies I mean 50s & 60s music) He has a deep voice & dresses in a black outfit with slicked back hair.He's made to look like a tough guy. His group that he's in is called Bowzer's Rock & Roll party.And he still sings the oldies songs. But in addition to it, he plays a bit of classical piano. (He studied classical piano at the Juilliard School of Music when he was about 7.)

Thanks Beth! Last time I saw him in concert we had seats that were pretty high up,so I couldn't really see him.
THIS time I'm ordering them early .Hopefully I'll get seats close enough to see him onstage.

Yep...he's still around!(it's Bauman though but I knew who you meant )
He's in his late 50s but not a wrinkle on his face or a gray hair on his head!
