Hi!
Does anyone remember this sketch? Please let me know
if it does exist (or even better, if you have a tape
or transcript!)
The humans decide to throw a party, but decide to
exclude the monsters. (why?) Grover and the monsters
get wind of it, and crash the party anyway.
...sound familiar?
Drop me a line.

Yikes! I wouldn't know if that was a "street skit" from the days that Grover hung around the street. But there was a Monsterpiece Theatre play called "Monsters of Venice". In a nutshell, some human AM's are planning a party and it looks like they are trying to hide it from a group of monsters, including Grover. But in reality, it was a surprise party for them.

Alaistair Cookie concludes the skit by trying a blow a party favor which doesn't work, so he eats it.

Is this what you were thinking of?
