Grover and Debo is at the brick wall where the 2-Headed Monster usually is. On the brick wall is the letter S. Grover asks Debo what the S is. And when he finds out it is an S he goes up to and says "Hey there BABY!" and he hits the S in the back and it falls and breaks to pieces. The sketch is truly classic, and there's no ending music.

Hope this helps.
