Green Monster from "Monster Maker"

Can someone please tell me the name of the monster in the opening scene from "Monster Maker". The monster has snake-like red eyes with black slits, black horns, sharp jagged teeth, and green scaly skin. He appeared as a swamp creature and Hidden Predator in the TV show "Dinosaurs".:confused: :crazy:
