Got the molar pulled

Hiya everyone,
Early this morning I got that troublesome molar pulled. I was numb for a while but it wore off & I was hurting. Luckily I was given painkillers.Wow...do they work like magic! It hurts to eat things though. So far,my diet has been Jello,and it will be for the next few days.
So far,I've been getting good soft stuff to eat from my family.I got a shake from Starbucks this morning (thanks to my mom! ) to coat my stomach before I could actually eat. My sister surprised me by getting me tapioca pudding.(which I'll eat tomorrow) I don't know how much I'll be posting in here for the next couple of days though. I don't exactly feel 100% .So Bry...thanks again for taking in Rosita,Gaffer & Prairie for me.

I'm glad to hear you got it taken care of, Kathy! And it's great that your family's taking care of you with your soft food! Just take care of yourself. Hope your ankle's been doing better recently, too. And I really hope you get to feeling 100% very, very soon! (((Kathy!!)))

Yeah...it is awful...but I've been thru much worse in my life.

Thanks ((((Caroline!)))) Yep...my family's pretty darn special. I have an appointment w/the foot dr. in a couple of weeks.So we'll see where things are going from there.

Are you on Vicodin or something? It is really good for keeping the pain at bay...but don't take too much of it; 'tis wicked potent.

Will do about the ice cream.
As for the painkillers,it's Darvocet which I think is like Vicodin.I'll take it easy though.
