"Gorch" on "Star Trek; Insurrection"

Hey everyone,

Here's another odd "Muppet reference" if you want to call it that. I was watching "Star Trek; Insurrection" today, and at one point in the film, Data and Picard are transporting back to the ship, Picard notices a large red spot on the side of Worf's nose. Here is the dialogue (not word-for-word but close):

Picard: "Have you been in a fight?"

Worf: "No sir...it is a Gorch."

Picard: "A Gorch? What is a..."

Data: (whispers in Picard's ear)

Picard: "Well...it's hardly noticeable." (Worf sighs and scowls as Data and Picard leave the transporter room).

By the way, from what I could find, a "gorch" is a Klingon pimple. Quite different from (although spelled and pronounced exactly the same) as this Gorch:
