By the pictures on Hollywood Blvd. the sign on top of one of the buildings is for Cars 2. The other one is for something else.

Awesome. What totally stumps me both as a Muppet fan, puppeteer and filmmaker is when they did the blue chroma key with Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem is how did they successfully keyed Zoot (Who's blue) to a blue Chroma key? It must have been some kind of digital matt effect.
