So I was watching TMZ today and guess who they showed, Frank Oz.
He seemed pretty calm and cool and I was suprised he didn't get all upset when the camera man asked (like so many fans do) if he could do one of his characters. Frank kindly did say no. It was funny though at the begining when Frank saw the guy and ask 'So what are you going to ask me?'; it's like he knew they were about to bother him or something. I was kind of upset when one of those TMZ guys acknowledged that he performed Miss Piggy and Yoda, but not any of his SS characters.
Oh well, it was a good unexpected - unofficial 'appearance'. I hope he appears on Entertainment Tonight or Today to do some promotion of SS's 40th anniversary (that's probably a 1 out of 1,00 chance though).
