Forgetful Jones and Buster

I've seen a few Forgetful Jones semgnets recently, and I've noticed that when Buster appears with Forgetful, he doesn't interract with Forgetful much, and is usually used as a punchline for a sketch (in the sketch where Clementine helsp Forgetful Jones to brush his teeth, it ends with it looking like Forgetful has brushed his teeth, only to reveal that he remembered to brush Buster's teeth instead, and in the sketch where Clementine helsp Forgetful remember to take a bath, he ends up remembering to give Buster a bath. And the sketch where Clementine helsp Forgetful remember to ride Buster to town has a bit of a twist, in that Clementine tries to remind Forgetful to ride a horse, but in the end Forgetful Jones rides to town with Buster driving a vehicle). Yet when Buster appears without Forgetful Jones, he seems to have more personality.
