I'm pretty sure it's never been used as the pages are sealed in plastic.

I agree. Placed a bid but really limited considering the cost of shipping to the States.

I know it's high, and happy to find another option with the winner - but it's relatively large & heavy, plus I wanted to make sure the insurance covered the potential value. There are cheaper uninsured international options - but I could only list one method.

As I said, happy to work out the cheapest method with the winner if that's what they want...
